At Han & Co Handcrafts, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. Due to the personal care nature of our items, we have established the following return policy to ensure product safety, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase.
After 30 minutes, orders enter our processing queue and cannot be canceled, modified, or changed. This policy helps us ensure timely fulfillment and maintain the quality of our handcrafted products.

While we will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests submitted within 30 minutes, we cannot guarantee cancellation if an order has already been processed, packaged, or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The item is in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Any opened, used, tested, or partially used products.
Custom-made or personalized items.
Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items (if applicable).
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hanandcohandcrafts@gmail.com.

Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate. For approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Han & Co Handcrafts will cover any applicable replacement or return shipping costs.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
A damaged item received during shipping
A defective product
An incorrect item shipped by Han & Co Handcrafts

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error, a defective product, or shipping damage.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the return is received and approved, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
